Your Impactful Leadership plan defines areas for development to support your growth objectives. Together, we refine and validate your Impactful Leadership plan. Then we focus on implementation, taking care to evolve and update over time.
Our framework extends the typical coaching relationship beyond the usual 6 to 8 sessions, allowing you to build longer-lasting partnerships with your clients and have a more significant impact.

Initial consultation (face to face or online)
Unique Impactful Leadership survey focusing on competencies
Interview of 3 to 5 stakeholders to obtain further insight into your leadership
