Coaching is a well-known, powerful and effective approach to growing leaders. The coach facilitates the leader’s learning through listening, questioning and occasionally guiding the executive. The coach does not provide answers to the leader but draws out insights, thereby supporting the leader with personal discovery and facilitating problem-solving.

Impactful Leadership leverages relational coaching techniques while also providing leadership frameworks and business tools and techniques. This approach complements the leader’s growth by utilising proven tools that the founder has created and used.  Impactful Leadership does not provide the answers to the leader, but short circuits their journey to document, analyse and solve any strategic, business or people-related issue.
