After four years of successfully validating the strength of the Impactful Leadership approach, we are excited to expand our offering to coaches globally. However, to ensure you can credibly deliver the Impactful Leadership content, we have a few key criteria for acceptance:
Experience as a CEO or large company C-Level Leader: Impactful Leadership is more mentoring than coaching, so your leadership experience is essential to effectively share personal stories and provide real-world context, making the content truly resonate with clients.
Coaching Certification: Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, along with relevant certifications.
Geographic Opportunity: We aim to have Impactful Leadership coaches strategically located across different regions, ensuring that each coach is uniquely positioned in their market.
