- Executive coaching
We don't just coach, we journey with CEOs and change agents to help them to lead with impact and drive organisational growth. Our content has been road tested with over 800 leaders over the last 5 years. Engaging a coach is not about a "feel-good", it needs to provide tangible benefits and lasting leadership impact. If the coach can help you as a leader make one better decision, or lose one less customer or exceptional employee, you will receive a multiplicative return on your coaching investment.
- Mentoring and advisory services
Leverage relational coaching techniques in combination with tried and robust leadership frameworks, business models and tools. This approach complements the leader’s growth. Impactful Leadership does not provide the answers to the leader, but short circuits their journey to document, analyse and solve any strategic, business or people related issue.
- Workshops to support strategic and organisational changes
